Situated close to historical sites and local beaches of Cramlington in Northumberland, Scarborough Court provides residential care, nursing and residential dementia support for up to 58 residents.

How JTM Service And Miele Professional Helped

The customer needed their laundry facilities upgrading, and they chose Miele Professional laundry equipment, with JTM Service’s own in-house team completing the installation.

Miele Professional offers a range of dependable and high-performance laundry machines to cater for individual requirements. With a focus on sustainability, RMBI Scarborough Court opted for:

  • 3 Miele Professional Washing Machines – 1 x PWM909 Washer and 2 x PWM514 Washers
  • 3 Miele Professional Tumble Dryers – 3 x PDR918 Heat Pump Dryers
  • 1 Miele Professional Ironer – 1 x PRI214 Rotary Ironer

The heat pump dryers are 60% more efficient than conventional drying technologies and have a 25% reduction in cycle time. Together with their special programmes and state of the art technology, these machines rise to the challenge of all types of textiles and soiling. These products perfectly align with RMBI’s sustainability strategy, including plans to install solar PV at this site.
