Service Admin Assistant

The Role

We are now recruiting for a Service Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a dynamic growing company and play a key role in helping us continue our growth and deliver the industry leading level of customer service JTM Service is renowned for.

This role would suit someone who is experienced working within a busy service department, has good attention to detail, a good communicator, is well organised and able to prioritise workloads. Our service department is very busy so someone with a sense of urgency and who enjoys a challenge would be well suited to the role.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a positive attitude and a desire to work at a high standard. You will need to demonstrate your ability to act in line with our Company Values – Heart, Drive and Integrity.

Role and Responsibilities

The following are the key responsibilities:

  • Taking and logging of service & maintenance requests received both over the phone and via email
  • Receiving of part deliveries
  • Receiving of completed engineer visits and sending for invoicing if complete, or quoting for repairs if incomplete
  • Be responsible for both head office and vehicle stocks ordering replenishments when required and ensuring our engineers have complete vehicle stocks
  • Completion of Customer portals

Business Development Manager

We are commercial laundry and dishwasher equipment specialists and proud to be the partner of choice for global manufacturers such as Miele Professional, Electrolux Professional, Girbau, Smeg Professional, Alliance and Speedqueen. It is an exciting time to join JTM Service, as we continue to grow and develop, and the Business Development Manager role will play a key part in our success.

The Role

With this role you will support JTM Service by identifying and developing new opportunities and new client relationships, and maintaining, managing and developing existing key client relationships.

Previous Sales and Account Management experience in a B2B role is required, with experience of generating and developing leads and opportunities, and delivering sales. This is a mainly field based role working across a range of sectors including Care, NHS/Hospitals, Housing Associations, Facilities Management, Hospitality and Sports & Leisure. Experience in capital equipment and in similar customer sectors is important, and you will work closely with our Operations, Customer Service and Marketing teams to ensure we continue to deliver our industry leading service levels, and develop and maximise our sales opportunities.

Success in this role depends on the type of person you are. You will be tenacious, passionate, be a great listener, and have a drive to be successful.

Installation Engineer

The Role

This role would suit an engineer with experience of installing equipment and appliances in a mechanical and electrical environment. Experience in the commercial laundry and warewashing industry is an advantage but is not essential – we provide comprehensive training and development which we tailor to the experience of the individual.

To be successful in this role you will need a “have a go” attitude and have a desire to “find a way” to solve problems. You will be flexible, have a willingness to learn and a passion for customer service.  You will have a full UK driving licence and act in line with our Company Values – Heart, Drive and Integrity.

Role and Responsibilities

The following are the key responsibilities:

  • Install and commission new commercial laundry equipment and dishwashers – on your own and as part of the install team
  • Complete additional site service work and modifications as required
  • Providing training to staff on site following the installation
  • Working closely with the Installation Manager and the Business Development Manager to coordinate and plan installations
  • Taking the lead on install jobs and supervising the on site work to ensure a successful installation
  • Responsible for your van, ensuring it is fully stocked and is maintained in clean condition at all times
  • Completing workshop duties including testing and refurbishing equipment and scrapping machines and materials.
  • Providing fantastic customer service to all clients and positively represent JTM Service

Field Service Engineers

We are commercial laundry and dishwasher equipment specialists and proud to be the partner of choice for global manufacturers such as Miele, Girbau, Smeg, Alliance, Sppedqueen and Electrolux.  We cover the North of England and the Midlands, if you would like to join our growing Field Service Engineer team, please get in contact with us.

The Role

With this role you will work closely with all the team including our call planners at Head Office. This field based role will support our customers through pre-planned maintenance and fault finding, diagnosis and repair, to ensure their equipment maximises efficiency, minimises downtime and remains safe and compliant.

Previous experience as a commercial laundry equipment or commercial dishwasher engineer is an advantage, as is being Gas Safe qualified. However, we are proud of our successful track record of training and developing our own engineers, and full training is provided with our comprehensive JTM Service Academy Training Programme. The role would also therefore suit a domestic appliance/white goods engineer; someone with an armed forces background; or someone with an electrical, mechanical or plumbing background, looking for the next step in their career at a company who care about each other.

Success in this role depends on the type of person you are. You will have a ‘have a go’ attitude and love to problem solve, have a willingness to learn and a passion for customer service. You will have a full UK driving licence and be mechanically/electrically minded. Attitude and passion for service are the most important attributes!
