It was brilliant to get the whole team together this week to discuss how we’re doing, to celebrate our successes and to have fun!

In the meeting we:

  • Welcomed our 4 new engineers
  • Talked about mental health and heard from our Mental Health First Aiders
  • Shared and celebrated our successes so far this year
  • Read out nominations for each of our team for great work that they have done
  • Proudly announced that we have raised nearly £2,000 for Prostate Cancer UK
  • Talked about our Values and how fundamental they are for us
  • Introduced our next additional employee benefit
  • Highlighted the investment we are making in people, equipment, vans, systems and benefits
  • Announced a bonus payable to everyone this month
  • Said Thank You

In addition to all of this, we finished the meeting with a game of Spin The Wheel. Three nominated employees won prizes, and a big well done to our engineer Tom who won a Samsung Galaxy A8 Tablet!
