Congratulations to Gary Middlebrook, who has been promoted to Senior Service Engineer.
Gary has been with JTM Service for over 14 years and we are delighted to announce his recent promotion. Gary joined JTM Service in 2009 and, whilst he had no experience of commercial laundry equipment and dishwashers, he had an engineering background and a passion for solving problems and going the extra mile for customers and his teammates. He now supports engineers with technical advice and guidance and is part of our JTM Service Strategy Team. Gary lives our Values of Heart, Drive and Integrity and feedback from customers is always positive – one of our Care Home customers said “Gary is great! We always receive a brilliant service and he is always great with the residents and staff.”
