This month we are shining the spotlight on one of our Field Service Engineers, Nathan McKechnie. Nathan joined us in January 2022 and had an electrical and mechanical background from his previous career in the military. More importantly he has a fantastic positive, can-do attitude, and with training through our JTM Service Training Academy, Nathan has continued to learn and develop and is popular with customers and with the team. Nathan describes himself as stubborn and says he loves problem solving, and gets great satisfaction from fixing the job first time – great attributes for an engineer, and integral to one of our Values – “Drive”. As our Installation Manager, Matt Hutton, said recently, “JTM Service is a better place with Nathan in!”
