It was fantastic to be able to get the team together this week to celebrate an exciting year for JTM Service. We discussed the challenges we’ve faced, we reviewed the highlights of the year, and we celebrated our achievements, such as:
- We have had a record year with organic growth of over 15%, we have a strong pipeline and the momentum to continue this trajectory.
- We have further developed and strengthened our fantastic team who are committed to delivering for our customers and each other, this has included investing in our JTM Service Training Academy.
- We have rolled out new vans for all our engineers and we have introduced our new JTM Service uniform, which looks super smart!
- We have spent time working together on our strategy, including our long terms and short term goals, and we have all worked together to develop Our Values of Heart, Drive and Integrity, which are integral to everything we do.
Whilst we are looking forward to our continued growth and success, it is also important to us to reflect on what we have done, to say thank you and to celebrate together!
