As Grantley Hall’s Director of Housekeeping, Jakub Joubert, explains in the article, “Laundry sits at the heart of the guest experience, even though it operates behind the scenes. “ As the hotel has continued to grow, it needed to increase its laundry capacity while working with a service partner it could trust and rely on.
Working closely with both Grantley Hall and Miele Professional, we supplied, installed and commissioned two Miele Professional PWM 935 Benchmark washing machines, together with Miele MOVE Connect. This provides the housekeeping team with detailed performance reporting and valuable insights into machine usage, water and energy consumption.
The article highlights the importance of understanding each customer’s operation before recommending the right solution. From the outset, our focus was on understanding how Grantley Hall’s laundry operates, where improvements could be made, and how we could help support the hotel’s exceptionally high standards.
