We are delighted to welcome our new Service Engineer, Sam Stafford, to the JTM Service team this week!
Sam is based in Newcastle and today is the end of week 1 of his training programme through our JTM Service Academy. Our Service Engineer training programme is a mix of workshop, classroom and field-based training and is a great way to develop our own engineers. Sam is already making a great impression with his positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop, and he is demonstrating our Values of Heart, Drive and Integrity – this is essential to be part of our successful team and to help us to continue to provide the exceptional service levels that we pride ourselves on.
