JTM Service is recruiting for an exciting new role as an Internal Sales & Telemarketing Executive. As we invest to grow the business, JTM Service now needs to recruit an internal role to play a key part in this growth by assisting in generating and converting sales opportunities and creating appointments for the Business Development Manager.
JTM Service Ltd is a leader in the sale, installation, maintenance and repair of on-premise laundry and ware-washing equipment for the commercial market. Based in Stanningley, Leeds, we pride ourselves in delivering high quality customer service to sectors including the Care sector, the NHS, social housing and the hotel and leisure industry throughout the North of England.
To be successful in this role you will need to be friendly and engaging, able to build relationships, confident on the phone, persistent and tenacious and with a proactive sales approach. A successful track record in an internal sales role in a B2B environment would be an advantage along with experience using a CRM system.
Role and Responsibilities
The following are the key responsibilities, covering both existing customers and potential new customers, in a B2B environment:
- Direct calling of existing customers and potential new customers to create an enquiry or an appointment for the Business Development Manager. Will include supporting marketing activity, growing our own databases and developing existing databases
- Dealing with incoming enquiries – quickly and effectively respond to incoming enquiries to qualify them
- Support the Service Administrator in generating quotes for machines beyond economic repair (BER) and follow up on these
- Responsible for following up on Quotes to improve the rate and speed of conversion
- Proactively managing contract renewals and lapsed contracts to improve contract retention and win back customers
- Managing the CRM, ensuring all leads are recorded and details on appointments, quotes and won orders are kept up to date and accurate
