We welcomed Alex Robinson to JTM Service last week. Alex has now completed the first week of his training programme through our JTM Service Training Academy!
As we continue to grow, investing in training and development for new and existing members of the team is key. The training for Alex includes a mix of workshop, classroom and field-based training, managed by our Head Technical Engineer, Russell Churchill. As well as training on technical aspects of the role, it also includes training on who we are, our Values, and the quality of service we pride ourselves in delivering.
