This quarter’s strategy day was great fun! The day was full of healthy debate and challenging conversations, in a supportive and empathetic environment, with a shared purpose. As well as reviewing progress and setting new goals, we celebrated being named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places To Work. One thing that stood out amongst all of us was how proud we are – to have been recognised by the Sunday Times award, and to be a part of such an amazing team at JTM Service.
