We got an urgent request from a Care Home on Friday morning last week, and the team sprang into action to help, ensuring they had a full working laundry for the weekend!
We had arranged to supply and install 1 x washer and 2 x dryers for them that day, replacing 3 existing machines which were coming to the end of their rental. The previous provider (a large, well-known competitor of ours, who we won’t name!) had arranged to collect the 3 machines that morning. But when they arrived, they removed 4 in error! Not to worry though – our team took it in their stride, added another washing machine and plinth, and delivered and installed the 4 new machines and plinths instead, meaning the Home had a full working laundry same day, ready for the weekend.
We delivered, installed and commissioned 2x new Miele Professional Little Giant Hygiene washing machines onto new plinths, 2x new Miele Professional Little Giant vented tumble dryers and 2x new XCI connector boxes. Awesome work from Team JTM Service!
