We are delighted to announce that Tom Hirst has been promoted to Operations Manager, where he will work alongside our Operations Director, Matt Hutton, helping to strengthen the team as JTM Service continues to grow and develop.
Tom joined JTM Service in 2019 as a Service Engineer and quickly became a real go-to person within the team, always going the extra mile for his teammates and our customers. He became a Senior Service Engineer in 2023, and as his colleague Jo Firth says, “Tom is an amazing part of the JTM team, nothing is ever too much trouble for him.”
