The assessment was made by an independent 3rd party, WorkL. Using employee feedback and data analysis, they scored us against 6 key criteria, and then gave an overall engagement score. Here are 5 key stats from the assessment:
Delivering exceptional service is not possible without a highly skilled, passionate and engaged team. This recognition helps demonstrate what an amazing team we have here at JTM Service, and the type of company we are.
