Our strategy team headed to the beautiful Bowcliffe Hall this week for our annual Strategy Day — a chance to look back on an incredible year and set our direction for the year ahead. It was a full, energising day where we:
- Revisited our Vision, Purpose and Values
- Confirmed our “Uniques” – what truly sets us apart
- Celebrated a standout year, including record growth and three major awards!
- Reviewed our 10 year plan and set new 3 year and 1 year goals
- Agreed our “Rocks” – five strategic objectives to focus on for the next quarter
Having a clear strategy, with defined purpose, goals and actions, is a huge part of what keeps JTM Service driving forward. Everything is underpinned by our culture of engagement and our Values of Heart, Drive and Integrity.
We’re incredibly proud of what we have achieved,. Taking time to reflect, celebrate and refocus is essential as we continue our growth. Exciting times!
