JTM Service have been the commercial laundry and warewashing equipment partner for The Cedars Care Home since 1993 – supplying, maintaining and repairing their washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers. We recently asked John Allott, Managing Partner, about the support he receives from JTM Service and he said “We are a very satisfied customer and we are delighted to recommend JTM Service”.
With our knowledge and expertise in the Care sector, we support The Cedars to ensure they have the right laundry equipment and dishwashers, they are well maintained and, when there is an issue, we are always on hand with our friendly and speedy response. John, who is also a Director for Leeds Care Association, a Not For Profit organisation who support Care Sector providers in the region, told us why he first started working with JTM Service in 1993 and why he continues to work with us today.
“In the early 1990’s my wife and I were running a small care home in Wakefield. Fortunately a neighbouring care home spoke highly of JTM Service and recommended them to us. They recommended good reliable machines and equipment and provided a friendly and efficient service. It was a caring business – one felt that you were cared about as a customer – that was very important.
Today the consistency with the equipment is the same and we always experience the service to be reliable and efficient. Although JTM Service has grown, we still feel that we are cared about and we really appreciate this – we are not just some anonymous number hanging on the phone!”
We discussed with John the impact of Covid and he explained “Covid has had an enormous impact on us all and we are so grateful to our staff for all their hard work and commitment. It has been vital to have the right kinds of equipment, help and support. Being able to provide a safe and efficient service has been essential to us in these most difficult and demanding times and the support from JTM Service has been brilliant.”
