Call Out On A Fishing Trawler! – The Kirkella is a British cod and haddock freezer trawler based in Hull, which can catch up to 780 tonnes of fish per trip! They called us whilst out at sea due to issues with their washing machines, and we booked in to meet them as they returned to Hull this week. We replaced the electronic board on one of their washers and updated it with the most recent firmware (using the specialist Miele Professional software which our JTM Service engineers use), and we fit a new handle assembly on the other. All required spares were already on the van, ensuring a fast turnaround and excellent service.
