We are delighted to confirm that we have hit our £2,000 fundraising target for our two chosen charities for 2026, Parkinson’s UK and Newark Women’s Aid! We have now raised £2,060 in donations, taking the total to an amazing £2,445 with Gift Aid, which will be shared equally between the two charities.
In August, some of the JTM Service team took on the Lyke Wake Walk, a gruelling 40-mile trek across the North York Moors organised by Overlimits UK. Setting off at 10pm on the Friday night, the team walked through the darkness, tackling tough climbs, tricky descents and challenging, rocky terrain before continuing through much of the following day. There were injuries, aching legs, sore feet and plenty of tiredness, but it was a fantastic team effort and we are incredibly proud of everyone who took part.
