This week the whole JTM Service team came together for our latest company meeting, one of our favourite mornings of the quarter. It’s an opportunity to share what’s happening across the business, celebrate success, recognise great work and look ahead to our plans for the months ahead.
Reading out the nominations from our colleague recognition scheme is always one of the highlights. This quarter we received 86 nominations, with team members taking the time to recognise colleagues who had gone above and beyond. We then drew three names at random to play our famous Spin the Wheel game, with prizes ranging from vouchers and extra holiday to… well… a toilet roll! You never quite know what you’re going to win!
Another highlight was celebrating being recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026. It was the first time we’d all been together since receiving the award, so it was the perfect excuse to celebrate with the team (and enjoy a few commemorative buns!).
Alongside the celebrations, we also shared updates on:
- Fantastic customer feedback we’re incredibly proud of.
- Record-breaking months for both sales and service.
- Major customer wins and exciting installation projects.
- The launch of our new charity volunteering scheme.
- Our staff profit share scheme.
- Mental Health First Aider training and the importance of looking after ourselves and each other.
Of course, no company meeting would be complete without bacon sandwiches, commemorative buns (and yes, there was plenty of debate over whether they should be called buns, cakes or cupcakes – I’m firmly in Team Bun!), goody bags, plenty of laughter and far too many photos.
