Wendy McLorg – Experience, energy, and straight-talking support
With more than 30 years in the industry, Wendy has seen just about everything the commercial laundry world can throw at you, and probably solved most of it too.
Since joining JTM Service in 2013, she has worked with customers across a wide range of sectors, helping them improve efficiency, resolve issues and get the best from their equipment.
Her role centres on supporting customers day to day, managing key accounts, solving problems and making sure everything runs as it should, exactly what you need when downtime simply isn’t an option.
Even after three decades, she still enjoys the challenge. Whether it’s helping a customer recover from poor service elsewhere or supporting them through a complex situation, Wendy takes real pride in delivering results.

Ben Donaghy – Relationships, solutions, and a fresh perspective
Ben joined JTM Service in 2024 and quickly became a key part of the team.
Often the first point of contact for customers in his region, Ben helps guide them through everything from initial enquiry to installation and ongoing support.
His approach is consultative. Rather than simply recommending equipment, Ben focuses on understanding each customer’s setup, challenges and budget, then helping them find the right solution, whether that’s improving existing equipment, upgrading machines or planning a completely new installation.
He also works closely with the wider team to ensure everything continues to run smoothly long after installation.

Nicky Whittaker – Detail, diligence, and doing things properly
Nicky brings nearly two decades of experience, along with a strong focus on best practice, compliance and infection control.
Working closely with customers, including in the care sector, she understands that laundry and dishwashing operations aren’t just about clean results. It’s about hygiene, safety and protecting vulnerable people.
That’s why Nicky takes a thorough, detail-focused approach. From ensuring equipment is set up correctly to helping it perform consistently over time, she supports customers in meeting the standards required in demanding environments.
She takes pride in building long-term relationships, knowing that trust is earned through consistency and doing things properly.
