Some of our brilliant team of engineers have been at JTM Service HQ this week for more hands-on training with the latest Miele Professional commercial laundry machines – specifically the impressive Benchmark range of washing machines and tumble dryers.
Led by our Head Technical Engineer, Russell Churchill, the training is focused on ensuring our team stays sharp, knowledgeable, and fully up-to-speed with the newest models and latest technology.
We believe that ongoing training and development is key – to continue to deliver the highest levels of service and expertise to our customers, and to continue investing and developing our team. Whether it’s installation, service or repairs, our engineers are continuously building their skills to meet and exceed expectations, and go the extra mile for our customers.
