The JTM Service Temperature Validation will validate that the correct temperatures are being reached for both the wash and the rinse cycles in your dishwasher to ensure the wash meets recognised disinfection standards. It includes a report and certificate to demonstrate compliance to support due diligence and duty of care requirement. The assessment includes:

- Placing sensors in the dishwasher during the wash cycle
- Interrogating this using specialist software to identify the temperature at set time intervals throughout the wash cycle (e.g. every 5 seconds)
- Produce a report for each machine to show whether the required temperatures were maintained for the appropriate amount of time and recommendations if the machines did not meet requirements
- This report can be used to demonstrate that the machines are meeting the standards required for infection control
