What Is It?
The Sunday Times Best Places To Work uses an employee survey, developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists and business leaders, to monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort. It is managed and assessed by an independent 3rd party, WorkL, and uses 26 questions, scored against 6 key criteria, to give an overall engagement score.

We were also recognised for our employee involvement in setting company strategy, our wellbeing support with Mental Health First Aiders, and the continued development of our staff benefits, such as our enhanced sick pay, employee assistance programme and private medical insurance for everyone.
