What attracted you to join JTM Service?
Having worked with JTM Service over the last 8 years whilst at Miele, I knew that they were one of the most honest and caring laundry companies in the UK. As those values are so important to me, I of course wanted to be part of the team.
What does your role involve?
Finding new customers then working with them to specify the correct equipment for their environment. I also manage our existing accounts in my territory, making sure that I really understand their needs and support them accordingly.
What is your background in the industry?
I’m just going to enter my 18th year in the wonderful world of commercial laundry and dishwashers. In that time, I’ve been lucky enough to work for a few great companies including spending 8 years at Miele Professional as a National Accounts Manager.

How have you found it at JTM Service?
Exactly as expected, it was so easy to fit in (especially as everyone is so nice) and I already feel like I have been here for ages.
What do you enjoy about being a BDM?
I love meeting new people and helping which is perfect when being a BDM, and after 18 years I’m also really geeky about our industry so love sharing that with customers.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Well, being geeky again, I love F1 and watch it every weekend it’s on, as well as attending races in person. Then I love to travel, spending time with friends and family, reading books and walking.
What are you most proud of?
My reputation within our industry. Trust is something that is earnt and it makes me immensely proud that that’s how my peers and customers view me.
What is the best holiday you have had?
Wow, this could be a long answer as I love a holiday and there are so many to pick from! I’ve been to Florida 6 times, but on our last trip we went all out and stayed at Disney and ticked off so many wish list items, and I knew it would be our last family holiday with both children so that was pretty special if not expensive! Then, in 2024, my husband and I also did a European road trip, 7 countries and the Italian F1 GP and that was probably my favourite ever holiday as it was so varied. It was so good, we have decided to do another one to Germany & Austria this year.
Any other interesting facts or stories?
I’m a Christmas day baby.
