Why did you join JTM Service?
I was looking for a new role where I could learn new skills and be challenged on a day-to-day basis. The values of Heart, Drive and Integrity stood out for me and my first impression was that everyone was so friendly and welcoming which made me feel like everyone would be valued.
What did you do before JTM Service?
Before JTM Service, I worked at NSK for 10 and a half years, starting off as an agency worker as an operator before moving into a permanent role. Over the years I gained promotions to a changeover technician then on to a setter before I left the company to join JTM Service.

How have you found the training so far at JTM Service?
I have found the training very interesting and refreshing. I am relishing the new challenges and look forward to expanding my knowledge over time at JTM Service.
What are your first impressions of JTM Service?
Everyone has been very welcoming, and it’s been a great few weeks since joining. It feels like the company is one big family who are all there to support each other and I am looking forward to getting to know everyone more over the years.
What does your role involve?
My role as a field service engineer consists of responding to call outs to the customer sites to deal with issues on their machines and completing the annual services when required.
Tell us more about your family
I moved out from home 3 years ago and live with my fiancée, we are getting married next year.
What is the best holiday you have had?
In the UK it would have to be Center Parcs as it has a variety of activities, and we are both very competitive, so it is always a fun weekend with lots of laughs. It also holds memories for us both as this is where I proposed in 2023!
I am always trying to convince my fiancée to try new places and travel afar, but our regular abroad holidays are either Disneyland Paris or Menorca due to the short flight.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy watching the majority of sports on a weekend including football (especially Newcastle!) and cricket. I currently play football on weekends (when not injured, which is definitely at least 50% of the season), and have recently retired from cricket. When I do not have a football game, Becky and I spend weekends going on nights away or out for food.
What’s on your bucket list?
I would love to go to Australia to follow the English cricket team in the Ashes.
