What attracted you to join JTM Service?
The Values of Heart, Drive and Integrity stood out for me. I like that we are there for each other no matter what, and that it is a real team feeling.
What does your role involve?
My role is varied, which I love, and I’m enjoying the training as part of my introduction to JTM Service. I work with customers, suppliers and my colleagues. For example, I take calls, logging the jobs and arranging the engineer attendance. I also receive parts from suppliers and process these for delivery, and I’m proud to say I also make a good cuppa!
What did you do before?
I worked in the asbestos sector, overseeing 33 engineers across the UK to ensure they had completed all paperwork and had everything they required to complete their works. This included carrying out training, stock ordering, machinery testing, on site audits and the processing of DBS and BPSS forms (to name a few).
How have you found it at JTM Service so far?
Brilliant! Suzanna, our Office Manager, and the rest of the team have been great.
What do you enjoy about your work?
I get real enjoyment from assisting clients with their queries, and helping solve problems.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I play all kinds of sport, such as football, golf, squash and tennis. But I enjoy nothing more than spending time with my family.
Any interesting fact or facts about yourself?
When I was 8, my mum asked me what middle name I wanted. I chose Elliott, because of my favourite film, E.T. I’ve used that as my middle name ever since!
