Machine status and utilisation

Miele MOVE Connect is a digital web application, with an intuitive interface and easy-to-understand dashboards. It connects with your Miele Professional laundry equipment and dishwashers, allowing you to view real time and historical data on machine utilisation, performance and usage, across all your business locations.

Consumption

With detailed insights on energy and water usage, either by machine or across machines and locations, Miele MOVE Connect allows businesses to track their consumption data. With CO² emissions reporting generated, it enables informed decisions to be made to improve efficiency, reduce costs and act sustainably.

Free of charge

Miele MOVE Connect is a software and is free to access with the browser-based web app, with an unlimited number of users and connected machines, including guaranteed data storage for 12 months.

Fault alerts and remote service support

Your service partner can be connected to receive real time updates on machine status and faults. When a fault occurs, a fault alert is signalled – this can be forwarded directly to your service partner including details of the fault, allowing for efficient diagnosis and a faster resolution. And with real time and past machine updates, businesses can receive tailored recommendations and advice from their service partner.

Clear operating data

Users can access machine data remotely at any time, with easy-to-read insights into programme cycles, and clear graphical visualisations of temperatures, water quantities and spin speed. This data helps understanding of machine performance, individually or by location.

Customisable

Machines are individually identifiable, and can be labelled by location, as well as being able to be grouped. Businesses can personalise dashboards for better data analysis, and notifications can be tailored by user or user group, ensuring the right information is communicated effectively.

Laundry equipment and dishwashers

Miele MOVE Connect is available for the latest range of Miele Professional laundry equipment and dishwashers. It can be connected on the installation of new machines, or retro-fitted to existing equipment. This covers the Little Giant and Benchmark ranges of washing machines and tumble dryers, and the ProfiLine and MasterLine ranges of commercial dishwashers.
