This month’s Meet The Team article is on one of our Field Service Engineers, Tom Hirst. Tom joined the business from a different industry, having previously worked in a hospital maintaining and repairing hospital beds. He has continually developed his skills and is a fantastic engineer. Combined with his technical skills, Tom loves a challenge and to solve problems, and enjoys the freedom the role gives him to see different places and sites each day.
Our Office Manager, Suzanna Turton, said recently – “Tom makes everybody else’s life easier” – which is a great way of explaining what a helpful and caring person Tom is, and how he really does go the extra mile for customers and his teammates.
