JTM Service COVID-19 Statement

I want to reassure you that at this time of huge change and challenge, JTM Service is fully operational.

We understand that many people are reliant on the continuity of our service as an essential service provider to the health and social care sector and key public services. As well as the threat of Coronavirus, without maintaining laundry facilities the spread of other bacteria and viruses such as MRSA, C.difficile and Norovirus will increase at a time when services are under enormous pressure. We are operational across all areas and able to deliver our services to maintain your laundry facilities and ensure good hygiene and infection control.

Our priority above everything else continues to be the safety and wellbeing of all our employees, our customers and their clients, and all other partners. We continue to follow the instructions and communications issued by the Government and Department of Health; our office team are now working from home where possible; our engineers have clear hygiene and operational guidance, and we are constantly discussing with our engineers and our customers to understand changing needs and requirements so we can respond quickly to them. We are working with our supply chain to ensure continuity of supplies and also keep updated if there are any developments, and we also appreciate that you may have additional policies and procedures in place which we will follow.
